For standard compressors (Copeland, Danfoss, etc.), you can order 1 unit as a sample to check genuineness. However, for international shipping, buying just one piece can make freight costs very high. We usually suggest ordering at least one pallet or combining different parts to make the shipping cost worthwhile.

It depends on the season. In Stock Items: (Standard Scroll Compressors): 3-5 days to pack and send to port. Production Orders: (Condensing Units / Chillers): Usually 20-25 days. Pro Tip: If you have a rush deadline, please be honest with us upfront. We can often expedite the production line for urgent cases.

Yes, 100%. We know the market is flooded with fakes/refurbished units, and it gives China a bad reputation. At PENPOS, we only supply brand-new, original compressors. If you receive a fake from us, we will refund you double. You are welcome to verify the serial numbers with the official manufacturers.

We know how rough sea shipping can be. For heavy compressors and units, we use reinforced plywood cases (fumigation-free) with wooden pallets at the bottom. Inside, we use foam and protective film to secure the copper tubes. We haven't had a breakage claim in over 5 years.
